Property Improvement Drive
The St. Paul Properties Committee and Church Council have been considering ways to be better stewards of our resources. In addition to a window restoration project, the Properties Committee made recommendations to Church Council to make improvements to the sidewalks, parking lot, and exterior stucco in various places around the church.
If you feel called to contribute financially toward these projects, please contact the office or include Property Improvement Drive in the memo when giving.

Stained Glass Window Restoration
St. Paul is currently replacing the protective coverings on the church’s stained-glass windows. The stained glass is still in good condition, and the goal of this project is to help preserve them for future generations. The new coverings on the building exterior will ensure the longevity of the windows, make the windows more visible from the outside, and improve energy efficiency.
The St. Paul congregation voted to approve this project at a special meeting on April 30, 2023. The work is being done by Cathedral Crafts, a company based in Winona, Minnesota, and on-site work began at the beginning of August, 2023.
Did you know? Each window around the church sanctuary corresponds with a story in the Bible!

Parking Lot and Sidewalk
Sidewalk repairs will be made to the existing sidewalk along the east church entrance by the offices. The sidewalk to the north of the church will be replaced with the Highway 18 improvements project next year at no cost to St. Paul. The west end of the parking lot will be expanded to provide additional accessible parking spaces (south of the attached parsonage).
Stucco Repair
Repairs are needed on the external stucco walls on the east end of the Sanctuary and the connecting hallways from the education wing to Paul’s Place. The repairs will stop the deterioration and fix the leaks adjacent to the education wind and office hallway.
