ongoing Agri Star Fire Relief efforts

Northeastern Iowa Synod

The Northeastern Iowa Synod, Zion Lutheran, Castalia, and St. Paul Lutheran, Postville, are working in partnership to provide immediate and long-term relief for those affected by the fire at the Agri Star processing plant. Monetary donations received by the Synod will help provide food, household supplies, hygiene products, rent and utility assistance, support for caregivers, and more as directed by congregational and community coordinators. The NE Iowa Synod is also partnering with Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) to provide additional emotional care, spiritual care, and stress reduction programs in the coming months.
